Honestly: its limits
AI is a strong tool, not magic. It understands Arabic and Iraqi dialect well, but it sometimes makes mistakes, especially with exact figures and unclear handwriting. So we design it to work from information you define, to say I don't know and hand over to a person instead of making up an answer, and to leave important decisions, like money and approvals, with a human.
Your data and privacy
Before we start, we agree with you on what information the system can see and what it can't. We send the model only what it needs to answer, mask sensitive details where we can, and choose services whose terms say your data isn't used to train their models. Your data stays yours.
Cost
There are two parts: building the solution and connecting it to your systems, and usage fees charged by the AI service based on volume. We estimate the cost before you decide, and sometimes we'll tell you a simpler solution without AI suits you better.

We start with one clear problem, not a big project. We test the solution on your real work for a short period, see where it gets things right and where it doesn't, and then decide together whether to expand it.

Does AI understand Iraqi Arabic?
Usually well; Kurdish needs more testing. We try it on real messages from your customers before relying on it, so you can see for yourself.
Could it give my customer wrong information?
It could, which is why we limit the information it answers from and have it hand over to staff when unsure. For sensitive matters, replies are drafts an employee reviews before sending.
Where does my data go?
We agree up front on what leaves your systems and where it goes. We send only what's needed and choose services whose terms say your data isn't used for training. If you need something that stays on your own server, we'll talk through the options and their limits.
How much does it cost?
You get a clear quote for the build before we start; usage costs depend on volume and we estimate them with you. We start with a small trial so you see the benefit before expanding.
Do I have to replace my systems to use AI?
No. In most cases we add it to what you already have: WhatsApp, your website, Odoo, or the system you use today. We look at your setup first and tell you where it fits with the least change.
