We split the work into stages. At each stage you see something working, test it with your staff and send us your notes, so you don't reach the end and find it isn't what you wanted.

After launch

We can host and maintain the system, or install it on your own server. We handle bugs and small changes, and new features are agreed together. Your data stays yours, and you can ask for a copy at any time.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on the size of the system, the number of screens, connections to other systems, and hosting. Tell us your idea on WhatsApp, we'll ask a few questions, then give you a clear quote before any work starts. We don't add things you don't need. Payment is agreed up front and can be split across stages.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. Once we understand what you need, we'll give you an estimated timeline and split the work into stages, so you see progress instead of waiting until the end.

Do I need a mobile app or a web system?

It depends on who will use it and where. A web system opens on any phone or computer without installing anything, which is enough for a lot of businesses. An app makes sense if customers use it daily or you need notifications. We'll tell you honestly which fits.

Will I own the code and the data?

Your data is yours, and you can ask for a copy at any time. Code ownership and how the handover works are written clearly in our agreement before we start.

My business is small. Do I need a full system?
